Billing questions
What happens when my 30-day Pro trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is locked or deleted. You keep adding personal records, invoices and payments. Pro features pause until you upgrade, and anything you made with them stays in your account.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only add a card when you choose Pro or Business Max.
How does billing work?
Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and Fintrack never sees your card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Account → Manage billing. Switching plans is prorated. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
What do accountants and team members see?
Only your business books: cashbook, invoices, templates and reports for your business profiles. Your personal finances are never shared. Accountants get view-only access; editors can add and edit business records.
Who receives payment reminders?
Only the customer email on an unpaid invoice, and only when you turn reminders on. Reminders come from Fintrack on your behalf, and replies go to your business email.
