Plain-language summary: Fintrack is a free tool for recording your own finances. It doesn't connect to banks, move money or give financial advice. Keep your password safe, enter only information you have the right to use, and keep your own copies of important records.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Fintrack. You must give accurate sign-up details, be at least 13 years old (or the age required where you live), keep your password confidential and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You're responsible for activity in your account.
2. What Fintrack does and doesn't do
- Fintrack records amounts you enter. It is not a bank, payment service, accountant or tax adviser.
- Fintrack does not connect to bank accounts and cannot send, request or collect money. Invoices you create are documents only.
- Exchange rates come from a third-party provider, are updated about once a day and are indicative only.
- Reports and totals reflect only what you've recorded. Check important figures before relying on them for tax, legal or business decisions.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Fintrack to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Don't enter information you don't have the right to use, and don't use Fintrack for anything unlawful.
4. Acceptable use
Don't try to access other people's accounts, disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, or use automated means to create accounts or overload it.
5. Price and changes
Fintrack is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and you'll only pay if you choose to subscribe. We may update or discontinue features; if we shut Fintrack down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can download your data.
6. Ending your account
You can download your data and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Fintrack is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate records, exchange rates or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and email you before they take effect.
